Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Production:
Ridchard Single malt scotch whisky is distilled in the Kingdom of Fife, which is a Scottish county situated between the rivers Firth of Tay and Firth of Forth.
This famous peninsula has inland boundaries with St Andrews, Dunfermline, Dundee and Edinburgh.
Ridchard Single Malt Scotch Whisky has two very distinctive characteristics that contribute to its extraordinary tasting profile:
- in order to extract all the flavor from the malted barley, it is grinded with a hammer mill instead of a roller, resulting in a finer grist,
- the special shape of the copper-still at Ridchard distillery ensures more copper contact contributing to a fruity style of whisky.
After distillation, the spirit is aged for many years in oak barrels and marry with pure and fresh air from the Kingdom of Fife.
Tasting:
The nose is surprisingly powerful with intense notes of dry fruits, spices and floral aromas. The mouth is soft with a delicate finish on fruity aromas.

GLEN TALLOCH 12 years Old
Blended Scotch Whisky
Production :
Glen Talloch 12 years is a blend of more than 40% malt whiskies from the Scottish Highlands, particularly from the Speyside district. The blend, with superior grain whiskies, is slowly matured during twelve years in ex-bourbon casks.
Tasting :
Complex nose dominated with dry fruits, honey, orange peels. The mouth is well balanced with a harmonious taste and aroma composition.

Blended Scotch Whisky
Production:
Glen Talloch 8 years is a whisky elaborated with malted barley coming from Pulteney and Knockdhu and malted grain. The distillate is aged for a minimum of 8 years in ex-bourbon casks.
Tasting:
Very elegant and soft taste revealing exotique notes, with iodine hints and light toasted aromas.

Production:
Glen Talloch Scotch Whisky is the expression of a blend of barley and grain malt. Malted barley if over 30% and selected from renowned distilleries such as Balblair, Knockdhu and Speyburn. After distillation, the whisky is matured in ex-bourbon oak for a minimum of 5 years.
